How Top Source Paper collects, uses and protects the information you send us when you request a quote, order samples, or browse this site. This policy covers this website only; commercial terms for quotations, samples and container orders are set out separately in our Terms of Service.
Top Source Paper is a hygiene paper manufacturer based in Baoding, Hebei Province, China, producing 100% virgin wood pulp tissue products for wholesale distributors, brand owners and facility suppliers under OEM and private label arrangements.
We operate this website as a business-to-business enquiry channel. We sell to companies, not to retail end consumers, and we do not process consumer payments or ship individual orders to private addresses.
| Role | Data controller for information submitted on this site |
|---|---|
| Postal address | Daceying Village, Mancheng District, Baoding City, Hebei Province, China |
| Data contact | info@chinatoiletpaper.com |
We collect only what is needed to answer a sourcing enquiry. There are three sources: information you type into our forms, information your browser sends automatically, and files you choose to upload.
We do not ask for or store card numbers, bank details, tax identification numbers or government identifiers on this website. Payment for production runs is arranged by invoice and bank transfer after a quotation is agreed, and that exchange happens over email, not through this site.
Artwork and specifications: packaging artwork and product specifications you send are often commercially sensitive. We use them only to quote and produce for you and will not supply them to another customer. If you need a written non-disclosure agreement before sending artwork, ask for one in your enquiry and we will issue one.
We do not sell your contact details, we do not rent or trade buyer lists, and we do not use enquiry data to place advertising about you on other websites.
| Activity | Basis we rely on |
|---|---|
| Answering an enquiry you sent | Steps at your request prior to entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry |
| Performing an agreed order | Performance of a contract |
| Keeping quotation and order records | Legitimate interest in accurate commercial records, and legal and tax record-keeping obligations |
| Server logs and spam blocking | Legitimate interest in network and information security |
| Marketing follow-up to an existing customer | Consent, or legitimate interest for comparable products, with an opt-out in every message |
Where we rely on legitimate interest, we balance it against your rights and we keep the processing to what a reasonable business contact would expect from a manufacturer they approached for a quote.
This website is deliberately light on tracking. We do not run advertising pixels, social plug-ins or cross-site analytics profiles.
| Storage | Purpose and duration |
|---|---|
| Form security token | Set when an enquiry form is displayed, so that a submitted form can be verified as genuine. Expires when the page is closed; holds no personal data. |
| Language switch marker | Remembers which language version of a page you opened, so internal links keep that language. Not used for profiling. |
| Page cache | A server-side cache stores rendered pages to make them load quickly for everyone. It stores page output, not your identity or your form contents. |
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings at any time. Because we do not depend on cookies for anything essential, blocking them will not stop you from reading the site or sending an enquiry.
Enquiry data reaches a small number of people: the export managers who answer it, and the staff who prepare packaging and production documents. We do not publish buyer lists and we do not name customers on this website without written permission.
Outside the company, data may be processed by:
We will disclose information where we are required to by law, a court or a competent authority, and we will object to requests that go beyond what the law requires.
| Data | Kept for |
|---|---|
| Enquiries that became an order | The life of the trading relationship, plus the record-keeping period required by Chinese tax and accounting rules |
| Enquiries and quotations that did not convert | Up to 24 months, so a follow-up enquiry from the same buyer can be answered with history |
| Artwork and specification files | For as long as the related tooling or packaging plate remains in use, then deleted |
| Server logs | A short rolling window used for security investigation, then overwritten |
When a retention period ends, the record is deleted or anonymised so that it can no longer be linked back to you.
This website is operated from China, and enquiry data is stored and processed there. If you write to us from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another region with its own cross-border rules, your message is transferred to China in order to answer it.
Where a transfer needs additional safeguards, we limit what is sent to the minimum necessary to quote and deliver, and we do not transfer more than the purpose requires. Ask us at the contact address above and we will explain, for your specific enquiry, which categories of data leave your jurisdiction and what controls apply.
You can ask us at any time to:
Send the request from the email address you wrote to us from, and tell us which enquiry it relates to. We answer within 30 days and there is no charge. Where we cannot meet a request — for example because an order record must be retained for accounting — we will explain why.
If you are in the EEA or the UK and believe we have mishandled your data, you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
The site is served over HTTPS, so information is encrypted between your browser and our server. Administrative access is limited to named staff, submissions are not published anywhere on the site, and spam and abusive traffic are filtered before they reach the form.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If a breach affects your personal information and creates a risk to you, we will tell you and take steps to limit the damage.
This website is a trade enquiry channel for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy as our products, systems or obligations change. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last revised. Where a change materially affects how we handle information you have already given us, we will say so in the next reply to you rather than relying on you to re-read this page.
For anything in this policy — a copy of your data, a correction, a deletion, or a non-disclosure agreement before you send artwork — write to info@chinatoiletpaper.com and put “Privacy” in the subject line.
